1. Processing Times

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Custom fabrication or made-to-order products may take longer. Lead times will be confirmed with you before production begins.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver Australia-wide.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery times (after dispatch):
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional/remote areas: 7–14 business days
These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or external factors.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if applicable).
Larger custom items may be shipped via freight carriers, in which case we will provide delivery details directly.

4. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our workshop in Bibra Lake, WA.
If you select pickup at checkout, we will notify you when your order is ready.

5. Risk of Loss or Damage

All risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched from our workshop.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.
